.20 Practical Measuring Head Space

This is probably a silly question but I'm just trying to verify. If you are measuring the head space on a .20 Practical case it is exactly the same as a regular .223 case. So, if I'm using say the HornadyHead Comparator I would use the one for .223. Does that sound correct.
