20 Practical Issue

.......Doesn't sound very "practical" to me..............
With this particular reamer, I would hazard to say that you are correct. But, I am overcoming the issue and that is what makes it fun for me. Certainly I would rather not have had to do this, but it is what it is. Hard to send the barrel back now.

Doubtful I will ever buy another barrel from anyone without first getting the reamer print.

I had the same problems when Lapua would come out with brass for a case I was shooting. They would not fit in the chamber. 223r, 30X47, 22br, 6br, I would sand down the base diameter. What a pain in the ass until I had the right reamers.

I haven't formed any brass for my 20p, I had purchased 300 20p brass(556) couple years before the build. I run the fired (20p) brass through a rcbs fl 223 sizing die for depriming and moving the shoulder, than the redding bushing neck sizer(71111). Use the 223 seater with a 204 stem. I want to try some new commercial 223 brass I have, just need to find Redding die 77111.
