20 inch 22BR velocity??

I have a 20” long 1-7 twist and would like to know what velocity you would consider to be a reasonable maximum with 75gr eld-m using Varget.
I’m having some trouble finding load data that gives me a confident starting and stopping point. Thanks for any help.
