20 cal ten twist

The .20-250 might have the horsepower to stabilize it with a 10, but I`ve never done it, so I can`t say for sure.....

A true 9 will do it with the BR case.

A good friend of mine has a 10 twist 204 ruger that he has taken out west on our pdog trips and it will shoot the 50 grain bergers no problem. The 55 would be on the ragged edge at best in a 10 twist barrel. If it was me i would opt for a 9 twist like Phil mentioned or even an 8.5 twist

Berger recommends a 1 in 8" twist for their 55 grain bullet.

Thank you. I've heard so much negative response in 9 twist with bergers jacket being ripped off, When being pushed hard. Just curious to the 10 twist. Has anyone actually tried it?
