I currently have a great Cooper 21 chambered in 20 VT. Looking across this forum and others, I have not seen an offering of the 20-221 on Fireball brass. Is there such a thing? If so, how would it compare with the 20 VT?

Jim, the only practical difference between the two is the 221FB has the parent case (223) shoulder angle of 23*, while the 20VT is "improved" slightly to a 30* shoulder.

Otherwise the two are identical, but the 20VT is offered as a 'semi-custom' chambering by Cooper, and is also now a stock chambering offered by many barrel makers. We all know why, too.

The Vartarg has better support and dies availability, which I would say is why you see it more. They are very very similar as noted.
