The sights were manufactured by The Warner Tool Co. (American made in NH), for a right-handed shooter, has standard American rotation of counter clockwise for elevation up and counter clockwise for windage right. One complete rotation of either knob is 3 MOA (1/4 MOA per click). The elevation maximum is 69 MOA and the windage maximum is 39 MOA (long range version) right or left. Each sight comes with anti glare tube. Many shooters believe this is the best sight made today—very high quality, hand made an beautifully machined—difficult to find used or new. SN 1001-4123 and SN 1006-4244. $1175 both shipped or $600 each shipped.

no picatinny rail base attachment, you would have to purchase the necessary bases to fit your firearm.
