The tool used to turn it isn't the same as the style of head. 82 degree? flat? Why doesn't your smith have a drawer full of fasteners?

Check Lowes if you have one near by. Ours for some reason always
has better overall pickings then Home Depot. I buy them there on the
long side, and cut em'......Our ACE hardware will stock them also.

Try it sometime. Used to be a common occurance.

The machinist I studied under required me to do that. More than once.

Ace hardware is a good source if you have on nearby. The ones I got off amazon were oversize.
