1pc Rail for older M77 Ruger

Anybody know where I can find a 1 piece rail to fit an older M77 Varmint Ruger with the tang safety? I've got a 6.5-20x50 Leupold and others I'd like to put on this rifle but the Ruger rings aren't high enough, and I can't find 1 X-high ring anywhere around here.

I've seen a 1pc base, but according to the comments someone put, it won't work on the older M77's.

Any ideas?

Redfield used to make a one-piece that required drilling and tapping.
