1891 Ludwig Lowe Mauser action complete w magazine. Matching SN on bolt. Crest ground off. SN K9xxx. I can't find any published information guaranteeing this is pre 1898 so it needs to go to an FFL unless you can provide a well published link or book and page. $175 to your FFL.
