Currently shooting the 200gr. Berger Target Hybrid , and have won several Matches with them . The John Martin - 2023 , Arizona State 600 - 2024 , and third in the 2025 John Martin . Have managed to finish in the Top Five in the majority of the Matches I've competed in for the last eight years , in the Master Class , including most of the SWN , Two U.S. Nationals , and a handful of State Matches .
The down-side is when you have a Half dozen or more National Champions , and over half the U.S. F-TR Rifle Team shooting in these Matches , finishing in the Top Five is "earned" .

Normal average scores are 196 - 198 / with 8 -12 X's per string . This load has produced several 200's with 10 -14 X's , when the idiot behind the trigger pays attention .

So a not insignificant advantage for the 200s

I have also been playing with the 185's - but put on hold for now as my back is killing me with the recoil. So playing with a Dasher for a while. I do get great results with the 185's though ( 43,8g 2208 in Lapua brass) Mine has the 2013 FTR team chamber,
