What is the next best? Scenar, matchking, 184 Berger? 184’s seem to be available, to the point I’m skeptical.

Berger 184s work great, current F Class 1000yd record was set with them. I also have a friend that's using Barnes 171gr match burners. They're only $42/100 and available directly. They ship super fast and my buddy is slaying targets with them. He admittedly said he's only using 180s for the big matches but feels these have been great for the price and local matches until 180s become available again.

I have been having very good results with the 190 LRHTs in 9 twist 7mm rem mags. I have done several here lately that will literally stack five of those bullets in one ragged hole at over 2900fps. 69.5gr of H-1000 has been the pet load that the last three rifles has really liked. I have tried the 184s a couple of times in the past with only so so results. The 190s thus far though have been phenomenal.

The 180 scenar is pretty good, but in my 8twist I prefer the 184 lately.

With the match burners, is he working them, or load and go?
Very little load dev on them on his 7PRCW. Shot some great targets at 1000 this weekend with them.

Always good to shit a great target at 1000. Satisfying in several ways.
Berger 180 VLDs are available at several sites. They are accurate and I always found them fairly easy to tune.

I am laughing so hard at the post that you are referring to and your response! I plum near s*** my pants!
Asking the barrel is the best.
Be faster to ask for 20 of each different types of pills and go from there.
One thing is for sure. There is a lot of great pills out there as long as the driver is making it happen. All of the respondents I see answering can drive. Makes the answer harder to find.
