For several years 335 was the deal in a MIV. Sometime in the 90's a very in depth Precision Shooting article about the MIV got me to try 2230. It was more accurate in my barrel at that time and and still is a few barrels later. Calhoon 25gr bullets have been the most accurate ever for me.....unfortunately, no longer made. We also used to order Hammett 23gr bullets with the longer 25 gr.jacket. Those are no longer made either but I've enough to keep shooting them, with 2230 powder, 7-1/2 primer.. Now Pacnor 1st gen 10 twist barrel, .194nk, and Lilja 10tw / .197nk. Rem. did a good job of changing their 17FB just enough to where brass won't interchange with MIV, but I believe the loads and performance are very similar if not the same. Brass is certainly easier if available.
