.17 Rem brass from 5.56

So all the research I've done says you can't properly make .17rem brass from .223/5.56. but just found this. They say they Dow it with a four die process, anyone behave any clue how their making it work ? I'm just more curious then any lol.

Would love to get hand on some of these dies..

I have neckdown some 223 cases in my .17 Remington dies but come out too short.
