17 Hornet with 17 grain bullet

I just added a CZ 527 Varmint in 17HH to the gopher arsenal. I was going through my supply's and discover or remembered that a few years ago I picked up some 17 grain 17 cal. bullets from midway. They are labeled as repackaged and are boat-tail with a grey polymer tip.
Does anyone have any experience with these bullets? Peformance? Starting load? I have A2200 and Lil'gun.
