17 and 20 caliber powder funnels

What 17 and 20 caliber powder funnels are you guys using?

I'm using the funnel at the bottom of this page, the one with the 6 inch drop tube: http://21stcenturyshooting.com/Powder_Funnel.php albeit, with a few modifications that I suggested. A larger funnel, and universal inserts.

John Perkins, a master machinist and craftsman, who has manufactured all types of reloading equipment and accessories for Sinclair International for over thirty years, created two new cone shaped inserts made of a black Delrin type material. One fits calibers .17 to 6mm, and the other .25 caliber and up. And, a wider and taller, 1/4" diameter, funnel. The new funnel will be added to his photos in the very near future.

Workmanship? Workmanship is SUPERB! To me, that funnel is more a work of Art, than a simple tool for dropping powder into a brass cylinder.

The Best Part: John is more than willing to entertain a shooter's ideas and incorporate suggestions into his designs.

I strongly recommend 21st Century Shooting as a fine new source for shooters' tools, reloading supplies and accessories.

His site is bookmarked in my computer. You might want to do the same.

Have you looked at this funnel for the small calibers? it has caliber specific ends that you can quickly change out by threading them on and off.

I use the Satern funnels in all the calibers. I really like them

I'm not keen on rummaging for, and changing out, a wide variety of caliber specific ends. John Perkins at 21st Century Shooting http://21stcenturyshooting.com/ met my requirements in full with the two inserts he crafted for me. The range we covered .17 to 6mm and .25 and up is all I'm ever going to need. Thanks John!

sounds like you are happy with the product that you purchased, thats a good thing. I wasn't really keen on the plastic drop tube portion of the design. I like the all metal idea when it comes to funnels.

I'm more than happy with John's product.

I personally like the idea of the clear drop tube. It shows me what's happening as the powder works its way down into the case and when the flow has subsided.
