Looking over their data seems very conservative in load data.
I shoot 44.5 grain with mine. Seems to be very accurate and no signs of pressure. However every rifle is different and a proper load workup will tell you when to quit.44gr of Varget seems pretty stout.

Funny you say that. The last batch I had, which was nearly 6 years old I couldn’t even get to 44 grains. But this last two 8 pound jugs were the same lot number and went all the way up to 45.2 until I started seeing pressure.My 8lb jug has got to be burning a little hot then.
