140 VLD vs 140 Hybrid in 6.5BR

Finally got a nice grouping from the VLD's. Now because of availability I had to switch to Hybrids. All Berger's.
Anyone have experience with these Hybrids? Meaning jam, jump, touching? The VlLDs liked to be jammed.
Since I have only 200 Hybrids I would really like someone's experience with these. Nice shooting SR bench gun but took a lot of time to reach the right load with the VLD's. Would really like to shorten the process. Certainly not a 30 BR
Thanks,
Chuck

I'm jumping the 105, the 140 and the 230 hybrids. They've all shot well in my bolt rifles. Just start at 0 and keep backing off .005" till the tune emerges.

Thanks for the replies.....Loaded them but will now back off to what you guys have found to be good....my jumping was way short of you have found.....easy to set them deeper and see the results.

I would suggest you start your bullet seating depth testing at .015 OFF THE LANDS. Then WORK BACK INTO THE CARTRIDGE CASE IN .005 INCREMENTS. Use the starting powder charge for the bullet/powder/cartridge combination being tested.
