Anyone tried the 110 Barnes in .30-06 or larger cases? Barnes data shows up to 3600 for the ought six. Should be lightning on deer inside 300 yards, no?

I can see it. I loaded the 95 ttsx .277 in 6.8 western 24” and see 3650.
80 gr ttsx in 257 Roberts at 3520’s in a 20” barrel.
No deer yet but will use them this fall

Load 110gr TTSX for a mate's 308 using 748. All deer out to 300m are dead. No recoil. He loves it. He used to fire factory 150gr SST but is never going back.

I have tried them in a couple of accurate rifles (30-06 and 300 WM). I could not get them to consistently shoot well. Different seating depths were tried, along with a few different powder/primer combinations. Sometimes they produced a very nice group, but other times the same load was pretty bad.
