Agreed. That said, I can't find a website or contact info. They have a good PSL record. The ones that show up on their results/equipment lists, beyond the 10X are the 2500X, Trident, Turbo, and a couple that appear pulled from "factory" rifles (Suhl and Swindlehurst).

Swindlehurst action where not factory actions. Swindlehurst where manufactured by kelbys
 
To hopefully answer your question, I don't believe they are selling 10X's for the most part anymore. I suppose some may know contacts there, but if you are looking for a new action, your probably out of luck.

Now, there may be someone selling a used one, but I would want to know who built it as they require A LOT of cleanup and blueprinting. They can be great actions, but it takes some work to get them right.

If you can explain what you are looking to do or need, we may be able to give you some better answers.
 
I believe they no longer make their actions and for their customer service, from what I witnessed that is why they are no longer making actions.....
