10x action extractor claws

I bought a 10x action & the extractor claws don't work properly. One doesn't move at all, the shape is wrong (compared to a friends 10x) &just binds. The other claw moves properly but sticks up too far & is at an angle that basically doesn't do anything.

Does anyone know of claws that might work in the 10x?

Also the firing pin spring is too weak & I get light strikes & misfires. The headspace was doublechecked & is correct. It fires properly when I put my friends bolt in my rifle.

Does anyone know what firing pin spring might work?

I have been trying to get 10x to send me new parts for a month now & they just hang up on me every time I call. It sure would be nice to shoot this rifle someday.

Yep. Don't understand why. So I'm trying to figure out if any other claws might work so I can start shooting this pos.

That is very disappointing customer service; you would think that by now 10X would have this all worked out and that they would check the basic functionality before shipping to customer.
I purchased two of these actions two years ago and had to replace same parts as did another friend of mine; same issues weak spring and failed extraction.

I woul contact Dan Killough at Killough Shooting Supply. Maybe he can get you the parts you need since he sells the actions.

My extractors work fine, but I have the XII action not the more popular XIII
