Today, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals held New Mexico’s seven-day waiting period for firearm purchases unconstitutional in Ortega v. Grisham, a case brought by the National Rifle Association and Mountain States Legal Foundation, with the support of the National Shooting Sports Foundation.

So, does this mean that all states in the 10th circuit, with waiting periods ,now have those waiting periods null and void?

No. It only answered the question as to the New Mexico law, which also was very restrictive on any exceptions. Is 24 hrs, 2 days,3 days, etc acceptable?? and if so what are the exceptions that any law must provide etc.?? TBD.
Appellate Courts don't provide what they consider acceptable - read the decision to be enlightened.

Here in Pa. currently, There is no wait period unless something goes
wrong with the phone call after paperwork has been filled out. I have
been put on hold twice. One was laughable since for the guys that know
me know that I'm not Ethiopian on a no fly list.....The other was just a net-
work slow down problem with NICS, and was told to come back in the
morning.
