This is for the block only but they sell them with the arm and everything. You can use adjustable arms like that or "microphone stems" are the flexible pieces like the old Sinclair holders used to use. I have seen guys use loading blocks cut down to the size they wanted and attached to a microphone stem or something like it.
PMA speed loader Jason mentioned is really nice, the only thing I don't like about it is the slot does not hold 10 rounds so if you trying to shoot fast without looking its more difficult not to fumble a round picking them out of the hole, another option is the portable SureFeed if you can find one....I'm not sure if they're still in business.
