KIDD triggers are outstanding. I have 2 single stage that break right around 2#. I also have a Ruger polymer housing trigger that I sent to Brimstone for their base level service. Made a good improvement. But, be advised that Brimstone will NOT set your trigger below a 2# pull weight regardless. If you are doing bench shooting, I suggest the KIDD 2-stage units. Friend has one set at 3oz/3oz. Awesome, smooth, crisp. Just keep your credit card in a glass of cool water to avoid overheating!

I've got Kidd Single-Stage Triggers in the guns I hunt/walk about with. They all break at 2 lb 8 oz clean. The two "bench" guns have Two-Stage Triggers set at 8 oz/8 oz and they're terrific. If I come by another 10/22 I'll install another Kidd as soon as my Credit Card cools off again.

Got one of them too, a 20" 0.920" ChromeMoly. Shoots better than I can.Do not have plans to return it.
