10-12" drop tube???

Who makes a good 10-12" drop tube?

I`d like to have one with a funnel and an acrylic tube, so I can see what`s going on, also it will limit the mess I will make by not removing the drop tube too soon....

I've been using sections of carbon arrow shafts with good results. They are very slick inside, and I haven't had any stickage problems. Doesn't bother me that I can't see what's going on inside. They come in several OD and ID sizes, and a bow shop would very likely give you what you need for whatever caliber. jd

21st century shooting Sells a excellent, 10 inch clear drop tube with funnel ontop, fits the cases snugly so stability is no issues with normal loading blocks. You will also not jsut be locked to one caliber pr tube as most.Would be my first suggestion from what you describe.

I'll second that. The 21st century funnel/drop tube is the cat's ass.

I started using long drop tubes (up to 30") back in the late 80's. With some of the "stick" smokeless powders I still use drop tubes but only 6 to 10" in length. You just get a better settled fill (I do not like compressed loads with smokeless powders).

I also use a 21st Century setup it is fantastic I would not hesitate to recommend it.
