1 in 7.5' twist 6mmBR

Anybody out there shooting a 6mmBR with a 1 in 7.5' twist. I'm curious to see if anyone is having luck with lighter bullets,<105 grns.). I have a 1 in 7.5' Kreiger which shoots 95 grn. to 107 grn. bullets very well. I don't want to waste time and effort if someone has already been there and found out it's not worth it.

Lou,

I'm currently shooting a Pac-Nor super match barrel in 1/7.5 twist with even lighter bullets. I'm shooting 80 grain Sierra's at a COAL of 2.180 and doing very well at my club's 200 yard F-class matches. I'm using IMR4895 and Norma cases with WSR primers. Velocity is 3179 FPS.

I am working up some loads for 80 Bergers with my 1:8 twist 28' Shilen. I have tried Varget, RE-15, and N135. N135 looks very promising. Will continue tomorrow.

Thank you for the reply, I'll have to try some. Keep them coming, fellows.
