If anyone is shooting regularly to 1,000 yards ( or even beyond! ) with a stock, factory rifle costing less than $1,000, would appreciate input. Brand, model and caliber? Rifle only. Thanks much in advance for your feedback.

When they had a factory class @ 1k competition. I used a Remington Sendero SF. 300 Win Mag, 300 Ultra Mag. Either will do just fine.

Yeah maybe so, but maybe there will be some sort of trend(s) with particular brands/models that will show up more frequently at that price point.

Are you wanting to shoot factory loaded ammo?
A lot of rifles can shoot effectively at 1000yds. some loads in 308 rifles are still supersonic at 1000 and some 30-06 rifles. The big problem is not the rifle its the scope and the scope base. Do you own a rifle now? if it has the ability to shoot a bullet that is supersonic at a little over a thousand yards, at the attitude above sea level where you are going to shoot. then it can work. Hopefully it would be a bullet that is long enough to have a high BC.
