    Herein lies the problem with custom barrels. If you shoot a wide range of bullet weights you have to make a compromise. When I had McGowen build my rifle I sent 3 dummy rounds loaded with the heaviest weight I would use with the action to use when cutting the chamber.

  12. I did a little math and graphics, this is what I came up with for the SIG Tango BDC 9 and 10

    I have gotten hold of my son and his 1 x 8 has 3 triangles left and right of the horseshoe. I'll shoot and map the scopes and redraw my drawings. Videos show the same for the 1 x 6 but I have no access to one.

    I have gotten hold of my son and his 1 x 8 Sig Tango has 3 triangles left and right of the aim point and horseshoe so when we shoot these scopes to map the reticle I'll need to redraw my drawing. I don't have access to a 1 x 6 and videos show 3 triangles like the 1 x 8 but cannot test.

    Hold over marks mean very little unless you calibrate them yourself. If you shoot factory buy several boxes of your favorite ammunition and shoot 3 shots at 3 different measured distances at the same aim point of a target and measure the distance from the aim point to the center of the group...

    Here is an update, I have mapped the BDC 6, 8 and 10 reticles with using the center horseshoe for windage and I have superimposed those reticles on a silhouette target
