Need Help Identifying A Powder Measure

Look at the end of the adjustment knob. If Homer Culver made it his name will be on there. If it's not, then Neil Jones made it. The Culver conversions were a slight bit shorter from the finger knurling to the numbers than the ones that Neil made. I have one that Neil made, and I will step out on a limb and say that it was made by Neil.
 
Here’s a Neil Jones measure from the late 70’s. It looks like this one is a bit longer than yours and has a radius by the numbers rather than an angle. I’ll back up and say yours probably is one that Homer made.
