Suggestions for ‘accurate’ 7.62x39 bullets please

For those who might own one, Ruger started to chamber their Model 77 Hawkeye in 7.62 X 39 m/m back in 1991. The bore diameter was: .3095" to accommodate .308"-.311" bullets. The chamber throat was also tappered and long, so if one wanted to use .308" bullets in reloading the 7.62 X 39 m/m they should only necksize the cartridge so it wouldn't slip too far in the chamber and misfire. I received very good accuracy in my Ruger 77 with both .308" or .310" 123 grains - 150 grain bullets, using IMR-4198 powder.

Best I can tell measuring with my dial calipers at the muzzle.

Have not slugged it
i wonder if it is possible to make a short cast of the bore at the muzzle. would the rifling interfere with knocking the cooled (and shrunken) casting out without damage, and still with enough fidelity to get the bore measurement?

I load 7.62x39 for two different rifles of mine. I enjoy the difference from my standard comp 223REM and 308WIN. So my rifles I shoot are the following:

Howa Mini Action Bolt action in 7.62x39 great rifle but the only part I dislike is their Magazines as they are 5 rounds that is all. I have developed and printed a extension to their mags taking it up to 15 rounds in the magazine.

I also own a Russian Baikal IZH-18MH imported by Remington as the Spartan, break open rifle. Can be torn down into 2 peices and fit in a backpack or so. Shoots soundly and accurately and is built like a tank.

Both rifles are good out to 150 yards pushing to 200 yards with handloads.

I use either Hornady 308 rounds or 311 rounds from them. I also have bought and used Prvi Partisan bullets for it too. My powder of choice is CFE BLK for loading. I dont care on headstamps of the brass since I am not shoot competition with either rifle.

CZ-527 carbine. Trim handy rifle for deer hunting in my area.
Hornady 123 SST/V-Max on top of Accurate 1680.
LR primer sized brass, mostly Fiocchi and PPU.
I don't remember powder charge off of head, but it was basically taken from book, duplicating velocity of standard soviet M1943 123 FMJ ball. Shot great from the get go, no load development needed.
That combo has killed a lot of deer around the house.
Note 1 - Some of my older Rem brass is SP. Something to be aware of if mixing range brass and mixed headstamps.
Note 2 - The Hornady 123 gr 311 Z-Max novelty bullet was basically the SST with a funky color polymer tip. Hornady tech support verified that. I bought a couple of 500 packs when they were cheap. They work.

Learning to slug the bore or making a short casting isn't that difficult but having said that I know these techniques are not for everyone.
On the other hand, if there is motivation to know these dimensions, any qualified rifle smith can do these things for you in short order.

Pretty sure the measurements I got with my calipers were close enough for gubment work. They did fit down in there a bit...
