Just a FYI.
I had used a CED M2 (with infrared screens) during load development for ~12 years. Other than the occasion shot sensor and some muzzle blast issues with my .22-250, I was very happy with it. Set-up was always finicky, but I avoided buying a Lab Radar because at the time that device was limited to 4,000 fps and my .22-250 was routinely running at 4,125 fps.
But technology changes and so did I. When I bought my Garmin Xero C1 Pro I ran both chronographs together to determine if my handload recipes from my CED M1 "carried over" to my Garmin. Long story shot, they did
I parked that data and just came across it while working up a new .22-250 load. I'll skip the statistical analysis and leave you with this graph:
