Help me find/pick scope?

Good afternoon folks- could use a little help finding a scope.

This will be going on a hunting rifle that will see use up close and out possibly to about 300 yards so here's what we're looking for.

Medium power, 3-9, 2.5-10 etc

Non A/O.

Mil/mil reticle and turrets.

Would prefer a mil hash over a dot but open to suggestions, simple easy to read subtensions.

A 3x9 Leupold is tough as nails.

Doesn't match all your specs but if you can 'guesstimate' hold-over and windage, it's money well spent.

I've an old Leupold 3x9x40 that's been on a bunch of different rifles when I wondered if those $1500+ scopes had problems.

Saved me a bunch of time and trouble.

Never thought I'd name a scope, but I call that one The Confessor.

It'll sort things out real quick-like.

Edit to add - this scope I bought new before the 'Freedom' line came out.

Getting closer..

Another vote for this, the glass is way better than the vortex and they are built solid. They are made in Japan. I would say go the GEN 2 3-15x44 but I saw you wanted none adjustable parallax. I have shot the 3-15 a lot along with their HD 5-20x50 which is a great scope, great glass and solid. I had a first Gen
3-15x44 Sid by side wit 2 new Vortex PST's 4-15x44 and the SWFA blew the Vortex away, the vortex was hazy compared to the SWFA. Even with the SWFA on its highest power and the Vortex on its lowest power it sill blew the Vortex away. I hear good things about the TRACTS but I don't know if they build one in the specs you're looking for.

Steiner Predator4 E3 series.
The only thing different from your requirements is MOA. The reticle however, is subtensioned from 100-400 yards and also sub'ed in windage. Side parallax from 20yd-?. This reticle is almost a set and forget. You also need something that will perform optimally in the lowest light at dawn and dusk. Illuminated reticle as well. I have many Steiners. The glass is superb IMO. Euro Optics on sale under $1k.
