I have this new in the box Cooper model 51 Custom Classic for sale in .223 Remington. I am the original owner and have never fired the rifle. It is in new condition and comes with scope bases installed.

What twist?

Based on what is on Cooper's web page I would say it is 1:12. Made for lighter 40-55 grain bullets. I have a model 21 also in .223 that is a real tack driver. It will consistently hold groups under 1/2" at 100 yards and the best I have ever gotten is less than 1/4". One of its favorite bullets is 36 gr. Barnes varmint grenades which are really devastating on prairie dogs and gophers.
