OK, here's what I have going on, I have an AR10 6.5CM 22' barrel 1&8twist, so far, I have tried the 147gn ELDMs the Hornady 140gn BTHPM, the 123gn ELDMs and the 123gn Match Monsters, all with 43gns of 6.5 STABALL, and my accuracy has not been there, 3'' groups @100yds, I have the rifle set up with a SA adjustable gas block and ULTRADYNE APPLO S break on it, the trigger is very good after some spring changes 2 to 3lbs, I have an ARKEN 6x24x50 SH-4J Gen3 optic and ARKEN 34mm rings, everything feels solid with the rifle, what do you guys recommend I try for a load development? I also noticed some ejector marks in the brass, I have some 120gn SMKs I want to try, I have VARGET, H4895, RL15, RL16, A2495, A2460, TAC, AR Comp, and a few other powders, what say you?

I would suggest sticking with H4350. RL16 might be worth trying if have it. Load (10) of each bullet with a mid book charge. Don’t push the cartridge or you will tear the brass up big time. I also suggest getting th JP HP bolt and carrier with a H2 buffer.

If you haven't tried the berger 130 otm you should. I have a Seekings AR 10 I think you will be happy.
Well thanks for the input, guys, I guess there's not a lot of folks shooting this cartridge in the AR10 plat forum, this is my first go around with the AR10 plat forum myself, so I guess I'll have to figure it out, I have 60 new cases ready to load, Starline SP brass, I'm going to try 40gns of RL16 and some VARGET with the 140gn Hornady BTHPM, and the 120gn SMK's and 120gn ELDMs and see what happens!

Try some Berger bullets.
IF the OP's Rifle WON'T Shoot, this Bullet ^^^ or 130 grain ELD-M's, there's, a REAL "Problem" with, the Barrel,.. IMO And 43.5 grs of StaBall 65, is Perfect for these 2, Bullets ( this charge is what, I use for, "Clover Leaf's" )
Slug and Bore Scope, the Barrel for, "Flaw's" !
What Brand of, Barrel ???
3 inch Group's = Real, "Problem's" and NOT from, the Bullets / Powder, used / tried.

Idaho- Lefty, I am going to agree with you on the barrel is probably the problem, it is a BCA upper, but I want to make sure I do all I can to see if it will shoot before I change it out, I have my eye on a Criterion 22'' replacement barrel, so before anybody knocks BCA barrels I do have a lot of AR15's with their uppers and they are very accurate, along with a few 6.5 Grendel barrels I have used on some builds, I know I'll probably have to use a match grade barrel to achieve my goals, but I want to see if this barrel will shoot,
