Oregon is at it !!!!

I haven't seen a Hippie in decades, ok maybe one or two, but yeah that statement is pretty out of touch. IMO the libtards are definitely not hippies, they are their own animal.

Older now, with money… At least some of them.

Hmmm...maybe I misjudge but seems to me at a base line the hippie and the current mob have a similar gene. Mad at any law. Demanding that everyone go along with their BS. Unwilling to do any work. Unwilling to make any real sacrifice or to serve. Full of bad ideas they call enlightenment. Ready to mock every form of societal standard or steadiness that actually permits and allows thier "freedom" to mock, while providing no real skin in the game and no productive input into society. Demanding that social norms built on wisdom and truth be disavowed by everyone, or suffer being "uncool" or now, "fascist". So maybe the left has mutated into what our father's despised back then? Or maybe dad was right....

Just observing.

Yeah besides all the communes and nudist camps I remember encountering as a child while my friends and I were growing up rural and wandering all over, your comment brings these folks to mind.

"Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is elegant, expensive, and internationally revered… but its roots are very much countercultural."

I'm sure a lot of folks called many of them Hippies and today likely wish they had the same forethought and fortitude as those early souls who are now quite wealthy. Anyone not aware, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has beat out Europeans at their own game multiple years now, taking the #1 wine.

Back on topic, for those that didn't see the proceedings the OSSA was nice enough to share a link. I actually started at 1:35 and watched the balance of the meeting and it was definitely worth my time. Lots of folks speaking against HB4145 and some excellent points made.
