Yes they do. The question is do they accommodate individuals or do you have to go through a dealer/consolidator.

Pierce Engineering has done DLC coating on a couple bolts for me. Quick turnaround and reasonable.

H&M does great work. You used to be able to walk in and they would do small batches for you. I've heard they have a minimum now.

You can still do a small batch but you pay the minimum fee.

Nitrite and DLC are not the same. DLC is a coating, Nitrite is not. DLC is processed at about half the temperature of the Nitrite process.

There used to be a place called Club Custom Guns in NC. Individuals could send their items to them and they would get them processed by Ionbond. That service is no longer available and I have been unable to find out if there is someone else offering the service.
