It's winter, we're bored. I was initially thinking 120 or 130 grain ballistic tips but I'm curious what you guys that have been shooting it awhile like. Just a general purpose rifle with a basic 3-9x so no dialing. Shooting deer from 0 to 300 yards.

Yup,. the Classic and Elite Hunter, Bergers work Fine as Do, the 143 grain, ELD-X's.Ballistic tips would work great. I would also recommend berger bullets.
Bonded... Doesn't matter what the cartridge is.

I'd try shooting the 120s if I were you.For my 6.5 x 55 Improved I use 130 Accubonds ( ballistic tips not available in 130's). Happy with results. All my other deer rifles use Ballistic Tips. My throat is too long for the 120 BT.
140 Gold Dots. Expand but not too much, stay together but don’t need much speed like monolithics do.
Speer Impact may be a bonded bullet.https://neerlandiacoop.com/product/speer-264-140gr-impact/I wanted to try the 140 Grand Slam since they worked well in my 25s, but they discontinued them
I thought Speers bonded were Deep Curls.Speer Impact may be a bonded bullet.https://neerlandiacoop.com/product/speer-264-140gr-impact/
