Being a tool tragic and having searched for the elusive ejector after driving out the pin holding everything in place I just knew that this item needed to be in my tool kit…I’m partial to this one from Sinclair for two lug bolts…

ive been a punch and hammer guy on these. usually i put the bolt against something so i save the ejector but i have ejected a few like i thinkmost guys have.. i need to buy a sinclair or make one.

I was able to 3D print one that works ok. Supplies the 3rd hand to hold a piece in the bolt face to depress the ejector.

Where did you get the file to print one of those?
The going back together is where the tool helps me.There's a Sinclair one around here somewhere. Worked good. I just find it easier to put the nose of the bolt in a plastic baggie and knock the pin out with a punch through the baggie. Everything stays in the baggie.

I have what seems like a permanent indentation in my index finger on my left hand.
I use a case, punch and tiny hammer to tap the pin out. Case keeps it depressed while pushing the pin out. It helps to clamp the bolt in a padded vice.
