BONEHEAD MISTAKE: Mixed 2 Powders

Today, I was messing around with the SuperTrickler and ATV4 again. I was dispensing Varget with the ST, and using 2000-MR in the ATV4. When I got done I decided to shut down and empty the ATV4 first. I carefully stopped everything, put my toys away, etc. I pulled the hopper off and used it to catch the remainder from inside the V4 (like normal). I got it all emptied out and I picked up the powder bottle. I placed the hopper over it and released the valve…. and I emptied an entire hopper of 2000-MR RIGHT into my half full 1lb bottle of Varget! (Insert Homer Simpson “DOH!”) Shit…

Clearly this was a costly mistake… any suggestions. I now have a nice full 1lb bottle of Varget/2000MR “hybrid powder” (dunce award nomination too). Do you suppose there’s anyway to “sift” that out and correct this mistake? Perhaps a strainer from a chef store? Anyone have experience? Or should I just relent, and set about to making some pretty cool homemade fireworks for July 4th? Lmao

I've screened out a few teaspoons of IMR4350 out of a few ounces of Ramshot Xterminator using these:
Lab screens
I got a 20 mesh and probably could have gone lower. Reloader magazines propellant profiles usually lists the grain size and you can match the mesh size to that.
Not sure how it would work with a whole pound.

Throw it out, sell the AT4, be safer next time and go on with life.

Dude. I said exactly that right after it happened! I keep my 8lb jug there too. I use it to “refill” the little 1lb Varget cans, which I use to reload with. That would have really been bad.

Next, and all following, time(s) use the same powder for any/all testing at one given time so no possibility of an oops. Never have more than one powder out and any time, no matter what. I'm new and know nothing, but in my very short time and studying that's what I've learned so far.

I also learned this lesson the hard way. Now, there is never more than one powder on the bench at a time. It is a simple solution to a costly error.
