I am trying to find out the powder drop range in grains. Does this measure come with a stand? Does the measure come with a jar that screws into the top for powder to be thrown? I went to the Neil Jones website and found little information.

No stand,and no bottle.PMA sells the bottles or a hodgdon bottle will screw onto it

You won’t find a better made or more accurate measure anywhere.
I haven’t ever tried to see how much my Jones will throw but I would expect the range to be between < 1.0 grains to > you can get into a case (at least for a shoulder fired cartridge).
