I am a long-standing member of this forum. Check out my sales history. I am selling because my days on a flats boat are over.
All the listed equipment is in excellent shape, and I plan to sell at 50 percent off true value.

I would rather offer these prices to the members of this forum than a complete stranger.

I have a 8 weight Sage, model GFL 890 3SP and a 10 weight Thomas and Thomas, model HS910S-4. Rods include travel tubes and sock liners. I have Bauer M4 and M5 reels. Reels include the correct dacron backer, maintenance kit for premium cork drag system, and lines, and are set up for loop-to loop leaders. The M4 has rocket taper WF 8 F Scientific Angler line and the M5 has WF-10 S clear monocore Scientific Angler line. I will also throw in for free spare WF 10 F and WF 8 F Scientific Angler lines. These lines alone are @ 100 dollars, each.
These items will cover all of your salt water fly fishing needs from bonefish to tarpon. all you will need is the correct leader and tippet. All items are in excellent shape and well-maintained and the drag systems conditioned after each use.

If you want a turn key set up, I also have over 120 fly patterns that will cover all your bases for redfish, snook, sea trout, jacks, permit, bonefish, and tarpon......but these will be considered a separate sale.

I tried tarpon on a fly. In Cancun after a hurricane. Tarpon were pushed back under what remained of the mangroves. Put a fly inside the edge and would get bit, issue fish immediately jumped into the branches above the water. Lost every fish/fly to the trees. Good luck with your sale.

Yep, sometimes they make that first jump in the wrong direction. lol. The trick is to let them see it, and then make that first strip fast enough to clear the overhang.
Some of my favorite places for mid-sized tarpon were the mangrove islands off key west and islamorada

I still remember my first large tarpon. It's first tail-walk included some gill rattling that sounded like someone banging on a empty metal trash can. I was "hooked" ever since.
