Yeah I guess it could. I used it as a right port with no problem.

Pretty sure the stock height is the same on both sides, so a left port target action will work just fine as is.

Yes will fit a left port right eject both sides are same height. It is not a 3 inch firearm . Measures just a bit over 2 inches .

It is flat but I wouldn't call it a BR stock.

I have the same stock on an Origin. The bottom of the forearm is curved, but nothing like a sporter stock and is 2-1/4" wide, which I believe was the Hunter Benchrest stock requirement. It's also the same width as IR50/50 Sporter class, so I just use my Sporter top on my Randolph with this stock. I do like this stock for what I use it for. Edgewood standard 2-1/4" front bag (not the reinforced model) with a soft fill (like I run it in IR) will conform to this stock's forearm very well.
