I feel tempted to test this now! Yes like anything you can have too much of a good thing. I think the fat soluble vitamins are the ones to be careful of. I can vouch for caffeine, don't have too much coffee and try to shoot offhand at tiny targets!Haha well, upon reading about them being addictive, I figured you eat them just up until that point

I started to feel the "cravings" if I ate a lot then stopped
but it goes away pretty quick
it aint nothing like nicotine or caffeine etc.

Thats when my lack of close up vision and blurriness kicked in, after a long day
Carrots helped hold that off
