Anyone buy one recently? Wondering if they are affected by the tariffs, I can't keep track anymore.

Not a Shotmarker kit, but I did buy some spare microphones from him in September 2025. He had the same price as usual on his website. We needed them, so I ordered and braced myself for a 35% Canada to USA tariff. It wasn't charged. The shipment was handled by UPS on both ends; no handoff between carriers. UPS did add a $10 brokerage fee. Paying that to UPS was a bit of a hassle. Once I found the right link on the UPS website, it was easy to pay with a credit card.

Caveat emptor! The Shotmarker itself may fall under a different category than spare parts. And things could have changed since September. Tariff issues are as stable as a cat in the washing machine.

Thanks for the input. I think the shot marker system is considered a microphone as well and is exempt under the USMCA as far as I can tell.

Good to hear. I placed my order so hopefully that doesn't change while I'm waiting. How long did it take for yours to ship after placing the order?

Order placed 11-Jun-2025. Order shipped 31-Oct-2025.

We will find out shortly, we are ordering Three for replacements/spares at Big Piney.
They work great. We did end up adding additional receptacles between bench's so every Tablet can be plugged in to a 120V power receptacle. This takes care of batteries going down during a match.

Update: My order shipped on Tuesday and got an email this morning from UPS that the shipment had import fees that needed to be paid. $24 government charges and $14 brokerage fee.
