Sightron S-6 10-60X -56mm

A bolt action AR?
thats new to me
can you give me some links to ?
how its done, is it all aftermarket buys? such as new bot, new upper?
or does the upper get milled ?
What bolt does it use?
Check out Uintah Precision's website for their explanations and offerings. Upper attaches to any lower an with a heavy 20" barrel , mine was 1/4 moa instantly with FGMM that uses 73 gn Bergers. Don't pay any attention to the white printing on the lower in my above photos, it was off another rifle I had. Whatta Hobby!

Have had a chance to get out on my range with the S6 a few times now. Absolutely enjoy the clear glass and the lighted floating target dot is just what I wanted for my shooting discipline. On an NRA MR-31C seeing the dot on the black background is perfect. With most other scopes, for me, shooting on overcast days can be difficult. Shot in the rain and this thing does the trick. Whatta Hobby!

BCA has uppers in several calibers and barrel lengths. Not expensive
as the Unitah's. I have one of their 18" uppers in 5.56. It is a little weird
cycling the bolt but, it easily held one MOA with the IMI Mod-1 ammo
in 8 twist. I put it on one of my RRA lowers. it's light, and now legal in
Pa. to hunt deer with if inclined.

This Uintah upper , to me, is well worth the extra money. Shot 100 with 10x with GMM that used 73 gn Bergers. Couldn't be happier. Considerably under 1 moa out of the box and this has only improved as the barrel has broken in. Whatta Hobby!

Do you know if this reticle (MOA-FTD) is laser etched or a wire type?

Please forgive me if I missed it, but I did not see it listed on Sightrons website.

Thanks!

Just a guess, but because it is illuminated, I think maybe etched. Moved the scope onto one of my .223 Savage project rifles. Whatta Hobby!

Spoke with Sightron today and they confirmed that is an etched reticle. Also said that the floating Dot is the only part of the reticle that illuminates.
