Does anyone know how to get a response from Bullet Central?

I have been trying to get some help from Bullet Central for over a week with no response. Tried their email response for help and returns as well as their phone line. They just seem to ignore me. Anyone know a way to actually talk to them? Last time I'll spend $325 for a seating die (or anything else) with those clowns.

Last time I spoke to them, I was informed that quite a few employees had moved on to jobs with other companies. Remaining employees were swamped trying to cover the responsibilities of those that departed. It would seem that they have yet to fill the openings…

After numerous calls to the Tech Support department went unanswered, I chose the phone option number to connect to their Sales department. That was several weeks ago…

Yea, I tried that. Now all you get from sales is to go to the web site to order - Not!
 
I recently needed some help with a Bix'n Andy Tac Sport Pro-X trigger I bought earlier in the year and finally installed it. I tried calling and the voice mail told me to enter my problem description online. I did this on Nov 4th. I got a response the afternoon of Nov 6 describing something to try to fix my problem. I tried the recommendation today, Nov 7, and that fixed my problem. The person who wrote back was Rael Harris.
 
Ordered a Bartlein barrel from Bullet Central this past summer. It arrived separately from the paper tube they shipped it in along with a dinged up crown! Attempted to reach them via phone and email, they NEVER returned my calls or emails. They're not the same company I did business with before. Never again.
 
Customer service (CS) is no big deal....................until you need it. Once you have evidence of poor CS (or none at all) you roll the dice if you buy anything from them. There are always other companies that will provide good CS.

Disturbing to hear these complaints, I like what they offer. You expect this from a company just getting started but when a respected well established company starts to lack in customer service it compounds into a loss of sales, impacting the business further. Hopefully they recognize the issues and are working to get back to what is expected by their customers..
