Which bolt action rimfire is best designed for rebarreling?

I'm not at all familiar with bolt action rimfire actions. Many I see are pinned. Just curious if there are some that are easier, or perhaps use a more repeatable barrel to receiver attachment method.

Thanks for looking.

Ruger 77-22 old style, not the new ones which have their barrel screwed in the action.
I would prefer a screw on barrel - like a Rem 700
How does the old Ruger 77-22 attach?
-----------------
That being said, what actions are threaded to use a screw on barrel
and are an accurate nice smooth action to build on?
Tikka?
Ruger American?
etc?

Is that any CZ 22LR, or does it apply to specific models only?
As far as I know it is all the current 457 models. I believe the 455 & 452 are also but don't quote me on it. My Varmint MTR is switch barrel by removing two grub screws. Changing to .17HMR needs a new magazine and mag well part as well. I'm sure others who know better than I will chime in.

The old 77-22 has the same attachment as the Ruger 10-22. A dovetail/clamp system.

So it's $1200 for a Rim - X action.

Wow.

No stock. No barrel.

Given that my pockets aren't that deep, can someone please verify if the CZ 457s are threaded, or is it just the 452s? My Google FU is failing to provide this information.

CZ has just 2 grub screws to remove to swap barrels.
So...... not having any examples to inspect, how does the headspace get set? We can argue all day long over the importance of that, but at the end of that day, if the bolt won't close on a round it's not good for anything.

The CZ is not threaded, the barrel is held by two grub screws, which makes changing easy. Many fine aftermarket barrels are available as are numerous other components.

they are like a centerfire prefit. Pull off the factory barrel and slide on the new one. Tighten grub screws and go to town. There are shims for the 457 bolt, that I know of but not about, if you want to adjust headspace. Someone will chime in about the bolt shims I'm sure.

OK, well I don't understand how the headspace can be set and maintained with screws, unless they are pointed, and thenI don't understand how the headspace gets set.

With the barrel there is nothing to be set. Barrel maker does his thing however he does it with whatever reamers he uses. You take off the factory barrel. You put on the new one. Done. Go shoot. You have nothing to set. Go shoot.
