Best Front Rest Choices?

If you don't have a SEB NEO, what do you have? Looking for LV,HV, Score 300,200.100 yards 13.5# 6PPC etc.

There is a new Seb mini for sale on site for $1265. I like the ease of set-up with the rotating top. If I needed a new rest, I think I would give the mentioned Raptor a try. I have a Neo Ratigan with a Lenzi top I use for my ppc's, I think that is a hard to beat combination.

Regards
Rick

Be informed before buying. The Raptor front rest is imho the best of them all. And, made in USA as well as, you might have it by next week.
Love my Raptor and it all folds up in a nice carry hard case too.
My first was a Rodzilla model #1 with the sand feet/bench spikes & Roller top, heavy fixed base.
The new set up is even easier to put the feet into as they just slip into slots at the ends of the legs rather than having to screw them in each time, legs are adjustable to suit shooting position/terrain off a mound…
SEB Neo X would be a second choice…. Has many features that are in the Rodzilla Raptor {copying a good idea} with feet that slip into slots. adjustable angle legs, ect..
Just get on the wait list as you may be waiting 6-12 months after you order…
Bit like waiting for my order to Ingenuity for the new powder dispenser…!!
Meanwhile, my model #1 Auto Trickler with Area 419 bits and an the Ingenuity trickler is doing a great job…

We're really blessed to have some very good options available but this should help give it some perspective.

Well, here are my thoughts:
I've had all the major rest, Lenzi, Raptor, NEO, NEO-X, neo Ratigan, neo max, so lets go one at a time,
Lenzi, beautiful, smooth and a joy to use and does a great job, just not $3000 good.
Raptor is very good, what I didn't like is it is set up for a 15-18 lb gun, put a heaver gun on the rest and you have to adjust it to hold the weight, I was shooting 2 classes (custom and unlimited) and it took to long to adjust and if you forgot to adjust it became a pain.
NEO (2nd or 3rd gen) very good rest, easy to use and the main stay of most shooters, there are better rest but not for what you can get one now very stable rest.

NEO-X my favorite, bar none, I do have a neo x BR version coming and spoke with Seb and he says even smoother than the standard neo x (has the Ratigan weight on front and no springs).

NEO MAX, HEAVY! Great if you have a 50 lb gun but not for SRBR 22 pound guns. I'm old and that thing weighs 50 pounds!

Just for your information.

I use a Pappa front rest.love it for the price.i had a seb neo also.but for me I like the Pappas front rest.but that's just me.

In a traditional style rest, the Sinclair Competition series with the windage stabilizer upgrade is my favorite.

Good shootin' :) -Al
I like those as well but everytime one comes up for sale at a great price, I’m always vested a different direction.
I’ve been using an older wish bone design a friend built in 1998, I put a Dan Greenlaw top on it and call it good enough.

Nice rest...looks solid. :) -Al

Farley's are nice rests and with a few tweaks can be very, very good.

For the $$$ ( used ones are very reasonable) and..with the right bag for your application these do a great job. I will never sell mine
