What ballistic calculator app for android are you guys using? Looking for a simple set up app thats accurate. I did a search on here but most of the information is years old or for computers not phones.

I am using Revic at the moment and it has all the bells and whistles. Best of all it is free. Great app.

I use Bison Ballistics.....free and provides everything I need for PDn.

Have strelok works good had applied ballistics but now they charge you yearly

I used Hornady's and it worked ok but bullet choices were limited. Strelok is where I ended up, even if it does cost a little, it has more bullet choices in the library, including Litz data on some.

I have not tested all for sure but I bet out to 1000yd there is probably no difference because most are based on the same basic calculation. It mainly boils down to which one has the best interface to suit the user, and I'v had Strelok for years and find no need to change (especially at my age!).

GRAVITY BALLISTICS Sniper Hide.com The app is on google. This ain't a calculator, but it works.

Applied Ballistics was great until they made it user unfriendly. Now I use Strelok.

Strelok Pro is my favorite, its not available in the Play Store currently, but can get it through Huawei gallery. Developer is very responsive for trouble shooting and support, too.

Shooter and Strelok Pro I like best, but , I like Strelok Pro because of the reticle choices . Had them for years and see no reason to try anything else because they work for me. Put in the right data and you will get a great firing solution. JBM is another free app that is free and puts out really good firing solutions too.

I have also started to use the Revic App, and I am so far very pleased with the results. Nice simple to use app with everything you need.

I have been using the Hornady ballistics app on the phone.

It is easy to us BUT it is not accurate. You enter the info on your gun and bullet, but it never is accurate.

I shoot 350 to 1000 yds and I only use it for a general elevation starting point.

I wish I knew what I could change in the setup to match the actual results on my gun and loads.
