Asking seasoned neck turners.

Any of you guys use this tool ? If so can you give me some tips in layman's terms because the written instructions are pretty terrible. I see no threaded anything that would allow the cutter to move in towards the od of the brass ?

Try loosening screw #1. Then turning screw #2 in or out to move the cutter. Then tightening screw #1 once you get it to the desired distance from mandrel.

To the OP. You are aware that the Mandrel is on a slight eccentric to the cutter. Turning the bottom ring is how you make the final adjustments.

So its possible the mandrel is not clocked correctly. I have no movement of the cutter to or from the mandrel or vice versa mandrel to the cutter ?

Fine adjustment by rotating the mandrel. Coarse by doing what I described.
