Gun not grouping after rechamber

Good all

I had a 308 win 28" that shot fairly well, a bit finicky with bullets ( my original load that shot amazing was with 175gr Sierra TMKs )

After 2000 round and due to other bullets not working well I decided to rechamber the barrel with the same as my shooting mates , to hopefully run the same bullets and similar loads

After rechambering the rifle would not group at all, I've checked all screws , tested 5 different bullets and new brass cases

If anyone has any advice please do share

Sounds like one of those things where you have to start looking for anything that might have become an issue beyond the re-chambering but at some point may need to question.
Check scope
Check free-float
Check firing pin assembly - spring binding, bent pin, any interference within the bolt, etc.
Check crown for burrs and chamber for cleanliness and dry
Check action screw torque values
Check all parameters of handloading

Hopefully something will rear it's head along the way.

Loosen the action screws, stand the gun on its butt and pull the barreled action down and make sure the recoil lug is seated against the bedding and tighten the screws. Something as simple as this can turn an accurate rifle into a shotgun. If that doesn't do it and you've checked everything else above the barrel is likely done.

Well you say the barrel had 2000 rounds thru it. I would be more concerned
about the barrels quality. How much did it get set back, and did you have
the muzzle cut back and re-crowned. Hard to follow about what reamer was
used. Was it the original or a different spec. That opens it's own can of crawlers......

Did all of that found nothing

Went from a Ftr reamer to saami
Cut off an inch

I know why you did it...I just cant understand why you would do it...
The FTR Reamer in my opinion is superior in many ways....and this has been a problem barrel all along,
Think its time for a new one Sir....I understand the difficulties here as well.
Good luck and God Bless.
So it's a Prs rifle and with the long throat it was more difficult to not jump bullets a few km whilst still fit into the mag
This gun shot good at times
But my go to bullet disappeared of the shelves
